SHIPPING

All U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately one week. Shipping times for international orders will vary based on the destination country.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, contact us at support@xemail.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. After reviewing and approving your request, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Customers are responsible for following return instructions. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original order.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order after receiving your refund.

Our return policy lasts two weeks. If you do not contact us within two weeks of receiving your order, we will be unable to process your return request.
SHIPPING PROVIDER

We are not responsible for shipping issues related to the shipping carrier.

If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.

If an invalid address is provided and the package is returned to our facility, the customer must contact us via email regarding their order. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund.

Please note that refunds will cover the total cost of the order, excluding the shipping fee. The shipping fee, typically between $6 and $8, is non-refundable.
