SHIPPING

  • All U.S. orders are expected to arrive within approximately one week. Shipping times for international orders will vary based on the destination country.

  • If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products. All purchases are considered final.


INCORRECT SIZE RECEIVED

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you received an item in a size different from what you ordered.

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase and a photo of the incorrect item must also be provided.

  • Once the issue is verified we will ship the correct size at no additional costs.

SHIPPING PROVIDER

  • We are not responsible for shipping issues related to the shipping carrier.

  • If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we cannot intervene, as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during the order process.
